Hawaiian Shrimp & Pineapple Kabobs Recipe

Let's Do Lunch!

Hawaiian Shrimp & Pineapple Kabobs

For the Kabobs:
Wooden or steel kabob skewers
1 lb. medium shrimp..peeled and devined
Fresh or canned pineapple chunks

Mix together in a medium bowl for a marinade:
1 teaspoon all purpose seasoning
1 cup Teriyaki Sauce
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon orange juice

Place the shrimp and pineapple in the marinade and let it marinade in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Slide the shrimp and pineapple onto the skewers.
Place in your oven and let them bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes, until shrimp is pink and done
Spray each kabob with Pam
Cook on your indoor or outdoor grill or in your oven at 350 for 15 minutes
